Look at the diagram below. It depicts the three domains (or functions) of your consciousness.

I call this the AIM Wheel (AIM stands for Awareness, Insight, Manifestation). Each domain has its own segment of a distinct color.

The first one is Awareness/Surrender, and this is the domain of meditation. Meditation helps you be at peace with the present moment, and that is its great power.

The second domain is Insight/Revelation, and this is where you receive your brilliant insights about business and life. You get answers that are unavailable or hard to receive for people who do not cultivate all three domains.

Finally, the third domain is Manifesting/Creation. This is where you produce/create/manifest your desired outcomes.

Notice that these domains are represented with shapes within a triple Yin-Yang symbol. They are arranged in a particular order. Also note that the wheel spins in a certain direction. All of this is intentional and important. Let’s look at each domain and understand its role in the AIM Wheel.

Don't panic - I'll explain how AI fits into this framework in a sec. Let's learn the foundation first.

5. Forms of Meditation

Meditation can take many forms. The most common form is just sitting in silence or with meditation music on, your eyes closed, and observing your thoughts.

You may have also heard of dynamic meditation, such as those espoused by Osho. Whirling dervishes use a form of dance in which they just whirl, which is amazing to watch.

Walking meditation is another great form which I often use.

With practice, any meditation form will work to achieve the meditative state, the Buddha-field that we seek in our practice.

Just use what works best for you on any particular day or under any particular circumstances. I just usually sit with meditation music on for at least 10 minutes.

The power of AI is in an amazing ability to give you comprehensive answers in a concise way, fast.

However, as you may have noticed by now, if you've been using AI to solve business problems, you can't always get a perfect answer tailored to you and your business. It is often close but not exactly it.

That's because a part of the answer is in you the business owner, no matter how you slice it. After all, your business is an extension of you.

So, definitely get the most you can get from AI. Go down that rabbit hole for as deep as you can and extract all the insights it will give you. But then sit down and integrate that knowledge into your second mind. In addition, ask your second mind to give you ideas for unique prompts.

That is where you get a truly uncanny ability to get brilliant insights that your competitors just can't get if they only use AI without a daily inner work ritual.

(And, by the way, I have a section devoted to using AI later in the course. Everything step by step.)

Here is another important point. Many answers are logical and straightforward. But it is the non-logical and non-obvious answers that usually lead to absolutely brilliant insights and decisions. For example, Einstein came up with his theory of relativity by engaging in a highly creative line of thinking that his contemporaries would regard as irrational or even downright crazy. This is why they didn't come up with it; he did.

Remember – those truly profound answers that have the power to revolutionize your business can only come from going beyond your everyday conscious mind.

To really grasp the full reality of this statement, you'll need to practice this framework for some time - about 60-90 days. Once you do, you will astonish yourself, your team, and your competitors, believe me. It will only take a little work, that's all.

As you begin to program your new life and business goals into your subconscious so as to manifest them in reality, you will encounter obstacles and difficulties. That is inevitable.

AI can help you by providing the answers and solutions you need. The main secret to making the most of AI is asking specific questions so you could get specific answers.

And with the help of the overarching process you're learning here, your questions for the AI will be super highly specific to you and your life and business. And so will be the answers.

All you need to do is keep plugging all the answers you receive from AI into your daily AIM Wheel practice. This gives you a super power over your competitors if they don't have this practice.

For example, one advantage is that the AIM Wheel allows you to make sure that as you climb the ladder of success, it leans against the right building (as per Stephen Covey).

Or, as per Lewis Carroll, you make sure you go down the right rabbit hole. With the help of the AIM Wheel plus AI, you can know this with high certainty. Incredibly powerful.

Let’s explore manifesting techniques…

11. Forms of Manifesting Techniques

Manifesting techniques come in many forms, such as:

  • Visualization
  • Affirmations
  • Incantations (a la Tony Robbins - very powerful)
  • NLP techniques
  • Many others

You can even combine some of these techniques for very powerful results. But I’ll talk about that at another time.

In other words, any technique aimed at programming your subconscious mind and/or retraining your neurology is a manifesting technique.

This is because when you proactively bring something of significance into your life, you actually convert thought energy into material reality. In other words, “thoughts are things,” or "you become what you think about."

12. Manifesting Technique: Visualization

One of my favorite manifesting techniques is Visualization. All I do is, while sitting quietly, I close my eyes and imagine myself doing, being, or having something that I want to materialize in my business or personal life.

This is a very popular technique, and you may have tried it before. It takes some practice and discipline, and it grows more powerful over time the more you use it. You just get better at it.

Again, I do it for 5 minutes as part of my daily routine. More precisely, I do some kind of a manifesting technique every day, and it doesn’t have to be visualization. But I make sure to practice every single day.

14. Sample AIM Wheel Practice

Let me give you a sample daily AIM Wheel sequence you can start using immediately.

Part 1. Meditation

Start by getting settled in your meditation chair or cushion. Set your phone or timer for 5-10 minutes. Take a deep breath and sink deeper into your seat. And now simply observe your breath without trying to control it. Just watch how your body takes the air in. Then observe the pause. Then witness how the body gently expels the air from your lungs. Observe the pause between the exhale and the inhale. Just continue like that until your timer rings.

Part 2. Contemplation

Set a timer and contemplate this statement for 5 minutes:

“I get brilliant business ideas all the time.”

If you notice that your mind has wandered, bring it back to this statement and massage it in your mind, asking a variety of questions about it. What brilliant insights came to you last week? How have brilliant insights helped you in the past? And so on in that vein.

Part 3. Visualization

Set a timer for 5 minutes and visualize yourself taking some kind of a new action in your business - something you’ve wanted to do for some time. Notice how it feels to be taking that action. See yourself taking this action and observe what happens as a result.

How do people react? Notice people cheering as a result of your actions. You can visualize anything you want. Just keep it on the new action you’ve decided to focus on.

When the timer goes off, you’re finished. Well done!

19. Combining AI with the AIM Wheel Practice

I hope you’re now convinced that generative AI can produce incredibly useful information, in concise form, and within seconds.

This is unprecedented, and by being an early adopter, you will easily gain an upper hand over your competitors who haven’t dabbled in AI yet. However, you can gain the ultimate advantage by combining the use of AI with your daily inner work practice using the AIM Wheel.

Here is the main principle:

  • First, define your question/problem.
  • Then, work with generative AI to get whatever information you can.
  • Finally, account for this information when using the AIM Wheel, and that will produce those ultimately brilliant insights for you.

Look at this diagram:

The outer layer is logical, the domain in which generative AI can produce high quality, satisfying answers. But the deeper you go within, the more your understanding of yourself, your personality type, your neurological type, and so on, is factored into the answers. This can be achieved only through daily inner work.

The outer layer is the domain of AI, the middle is accessible to occasional practitioners, and the core is available to those who practice daily, use AI, and persist with their practice.

By getting the logical, obvious, and easily accessible answers out of the way, you are priming your Ethereal Mind. This is because now your Ethereal Mind doesn’t have to look for the logical, surface answers and can get straight to the deeper insights available only after you’ve gotten through the domain of the logical mind.

This is why it is also important to probe deeply into your personality type by taking personality tests and analyzing the results. We’ll talk more about this as time goes by - just stay tuned to my email newsletter.

20. Practice Tips

Set Your Program Weekly

Pick your techniques and their content for each week and stick with that program for that week. Then use a different technique or content for the following week. And so on.

Ritualize

Set a daily ritual for yourself. I do my AIM Wheel practice daily right after my post-lunch nap. I’m a bit groggy after my 20-30 minute nap, and I find that’s a perfect brainwave frequency to sit still and meditate.

Feel Free to Stretch the Structure

You don’t have to always go through all the three segments each week. Once you have momentum going, some weeks you’ll need more insight while others you may need more manifesting power.

So, design your program accordingly. One week you can meditate and then do 10 minutes of Insight techniques. You can even do one 10-minute technique. At another time you may want to accelerate manifesting an outcome. If so, skip the Insight techniques that week and focus only on manifesting exercises.

Consult AI Wisely

You can sit down and have a chat with ChatGPT or another AI engine or platform at any time to fill in any gaps you encounter on your life and business journey.

Just make sure that the biggest decisions are informed through the integrative process you've learned here rather than simply given by AI. That said, sometimes AI's answer will be perfect. Just make sure that it really is by checking in with your intuition. And you will be doing that virtually on autopilot once you've established a regular AIM Wheel practice.

21. Sample Weekly Program

Part 1 – 5 Minutes - Sitting Meditation (with or without meditation music)

Part 2 – 5 Minutes - Contemplate: “I am a highly productive entrepreneur.”

Part 3 – 5 Minutes - Visualize being a highly productive entrepreneur on a daily basis.

At any time, feel free to sit down and consult with AI to get any answers you need and plug them into your practice.

You can massage them in your mind by using Contemplation. Or, you can visualize them into existence.
